Institutions that wish to become eligible to hold Pennsylvania attorney IOLTA, MJ-IOTA, or 
non-IOLTA trust accounts must:
- Be authorized by federal or state law and licensed to do business in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania (see Pa.R.D.E. 221).
- Complete the IOLTA Certification
- Complete the Eligible Institution Agreement (contact the Pennsylvania Lawyers’ Fund for Client Security to obtain this agreement, palawfund.com)
